Vaya Health Provider Portal

The Vaya Health Provider Portal provides secure access to information and tools for our network of providers. In this portal, providers will be able to create and review claims, create and review authorizations, manage users, explore resources, and more. (Note: AlphaMCS is no longer being used.)

Provider Portal Prior Authorization Process Update 

Effective June 1, 2023, providers will use the Vaya Provider Portal to submit authorization requests and to view authorization history. Providers who have been submitting requests and admission notifications in April and May (using a non-standard fax process) must begin submitting requests in the portal at this time.  Detailed guidance is provided in the Provider Communication Bulletin 2022-23, Issue 56.

To create a correct bookmark, choose one of two options:

1. Bookmark the Provider Portal homepage and then click “Log in.”

2. Bookmark this URL to go directly to the sign-in screen.

Vaya Learn Portal

Providers can complete trainings and access course content through Vaya Learn. Registration is required to access these courses.

Non-emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Provider Portal

We partner with Modivcare to help arrange routine and non-emergency medical transportation for members of Vaya Total Care. Providers may access Modivcare’s facility portal for manage patient transportation and reservations for their facility.

Pharmacy Provider Portal

We partner with Navitus to manage pharmacy benefits for members of Vaya Total Care. Using Navitus’ provider portal, providers will find information and tools for prior authorizations, appeals, and more.

Vision Provider Portal

We partner with Avēsis to manage routine and medical/surgical eye care benefits for members of Vaya Total Care. Using the Avēsis’ provider portal, providers can verify eligibility of members, manage claims, and access plan administration forms.
