Tailored Plan State-Funded Services
As part of the Behavioral Health and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Tailored Plan, Vaya Health manages certain non-Medicaid services for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured and cannot afford care.
Qualifying residents of our region are eligible to receive State-funded services for behavioral health, I/DD, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) needs. These services are funded directly by the state of North Carolina or other public entities, including through federal block grants.
Individuals receiving State-funded services are called Tailored Plan recipients.
