Provider Advisory Council

The Vaya Health Provider Advisory Council (PAC) advises Vaya on issues important to network providers and facilitates an open exchange of ideas, shared values, goals, and visions. Members of PAC bring forward concerns and solutions while promoting collaboration, ethical operations, mutual accountability, and quality services.

The PAC operates pursuant to a set of bylaws and is a self-governing committee. Learn more about the council’s objectives, purpose, core values, and ethical principles in Vaya’s Provider Operations Manual.

PAC Members

The Vaya Provider Advisory Council (PAC) advises Vaya on issues affecting network providers. The PAC is designed to facilitate an open exchange of ideas, shared values, goals, and visions. Members of PAC bring forward concerns and solutions while promoting collaboration, ethical operations, mutual accountability, and quality services.  

The PAC operates pursuant to a set of bylaws and is a self-governing committee. 

PAC Members

PAC membership reflects a broad cross-section of Vaya network provider types, available services, and disability groups served. Each member of the PAC agrees to abide by a code of ethics and to act as a fair and impartial representative of all network providers.

PAC Meetings

The PAC meets virtually from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month. Meetings are open to all Vaya network providers. Announcements and reminders about meetings are shared through the PAC’s mycommittee.com page and in the weekly Provider Communication Bulletin
